A Case Study on the Role Differentiation of Technology Entrepreneurs in the Context of Talent Mobility
With an atmosphere that encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship,and stimulating talent's creativity gradually take shape,scientific and technological talents can transform intellectual capital into wealth in a variety of ways.Among these,the value-added effect of technological entrepreneurship on intellectual capital has attracted talents to start-ups.During the exploration period,start-up period,and survival period of entrepreneurship,technology entrepreneurs differentiate into three role types:inventor,entrepreneur,and leader of start-ups due to different intellectual capital conversion mechanisms,organizational relationship support,and personal value recognition.The phenomenon of role differentiation shows that scientific and technological talents are not trapped in a single role to maximize the value of intellectual capital.Therefore,making the enterprise bigger and stronger is not the sole purpose of technological entrepreneurship.Instead,talents can take on a variety of roles to flow among different projects,and effectively transform intellectual capital during the process of technological entrepreneurship.We should pay attention that the atmosphere to tolerate failure and encourage diversified talents can draw on the talents'strengths in developing new productive forces.
