Study on the Community Governance of Public Rental Housing Under the Background of Common Prosperity
The affordable housing system,including public rental housing,with attributes of livelihood and public welfare,is a basic way and institutional security for low-income groups.With the increase of public rental housing,its development focus should gradually shift from new housing building to follow-up community governance.People living in public rental housing communities with special difficulties are at the bottom of the social security system,and should receive more attention to promote and expand the Chinese path to modernization.From the perspective of common prosperity,this article summarizes the problems existing in the governance of public rental housing communities,analyzes the causes of these problems,and proposes drawing on the experience and lessons of developed countries,thereby proposing to shift the focus of working from the construction of affordable housing to the governance of affordable housing communities.The suggestions are to reform the system and mechanism,optimize the resource structure,and provide supporting basic services to further improve the quality and level of public rental housing community governance in China.
