Explore the Development of Public Welfare and Philanthropy from the Perspective of Rhizome
China has already established the framework for public welfare and philanthropy,and the focus of the next step is to promote the high-quality development.French scholars Deleuze and Guattari proposed the concept and characteristics of"rhizome"to present a more resilient life form,specifically manifested in the principles of"connection and heterogeneity","multiplicity","asignifying rupture",and"cartography".The introduction of the rhizome inspires us to address issues such as multi-party collaboration,transformation of contradictions,promotion of multiple values,the end and redefinition of organizational missions,and the transformation of organizational roles,relationships,and boundaries.The perspective of the rhizome allows us to think openly about how to collect all the potential resources to promote the growth of public welfare and philanthropy.
