液体火箭推进剂加注是发射场工作中的重要和关键环节,为了满足新时期发射场训练的高要求,特别是运载火箭近年来高密度发射对专业人员技术能力的要求,需要开展发射场运载火箭推进剂加注演示训练系统的研究.基于Unity 3D技术开发了运载火箭推进剂加注演示训练系统,针对发射场推进剂加注流程创建了动力系统三维虚拟装备和操作环境,采用虚拟仿真与实现技术建立了包含发射区回转平台、地面配气台、箭上阀门管路等动力系统设施设备的高交互性三维仿真场景,具备训练计划管理、训练导调管理、分队组训模拟、学员考核评估等功能,实现了对运载火箭推进剂加注和故障应急处置等过程的模拟训练,为发射场岗位人员开展运载火箭推进剂加注训练提供了技术支撑.
Design and Implementation of a Demonstration Training System of Propellant Loading for Launch Vehicles
The propellant loading of liquid rocket is an important and key link for the missions of launch areas.In order to meet the high requirements of training in the high density launch of launch vehicles in recent years,especially the demands of the professional technical ability,it is necessary to carry out the research on the launch area propellant loading demonstration training platform for launch vehicles.In this paper,a launch area propellant loading demonstration training platform is developed based on the Unity 3D technology.The three-dimensional(3D)virtual equipment and operating environment of the dynamic system are created for the launch area propellant loading process of the propulsion system.The virtual simulation and implementation technology are used to establish the highly interactive 3D simulation scenarios including the rotating launch area platform,the ground gas distribution table,and the facilities and equipment of the propulsion system such as valves and pipelines.The main functions of the simulation training system are training plan management,training guidance management,team training simulation,student assessment and evaluation,etc.The simulation training processes such as propellant loading and emergency response handling to faults are realized by the training platform.The study provides technical support for the launch area personnel to carry out the propellant loading training of a propulsion system.
