一种太阳翼驱动机构的组合控制器研究

本文主要针对太阳翼驱动机构(SADA)的直驱式永磁同步电机(PMSM)的驱动方案进行控制器设计.基于PMSM的特性,提出了矢量控制模型.针对矢量控制系统速度环比例-积分-微分(PID)控制器,在低速甚至零速运行工况下,具有超调量和鲁棒性差的问题,提出了速度环的双模糊比例-积分(PI)控制器的设计;针对矢量控制系统传统电流环PI控制器参数整定较为烦琐的问题,提出了电流环的无差拍电流预测控制器的设计.试验结果表明:相较于传统的速度环-电流环双PI控制器的设计,新式组合控制器具有较好的稳定性和抗干扰特性.
Research on a Combined Controller of Solar Array Drive Assembly
A controller for the direct-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)of the solar array drive assembly(SADA)is designed,and a field-oriented control model is proposed based on the characteristics of the PMSM.In order to solve the problem of overshoot and poor robustness that the speed-loop proportional-integral-derivative(PID)controller of the field-oriented control system under low or even zero speed operating conditions has,a double-fuzzy proportional-integral(PI)controller based on the speed-loop is designed.In order to solve the problem of complicated parameter adjustment for the traditional current-loop PI controller in the field-oriented control system,a deadbeat predictive current controller based on the current-loop is designed.The test results show that,compared with the design of traditional speed-loop and current-loop dual PI controllers,the new combined controller has better stability and anti-interference characteristics.
