Research on coupling coordination and influencing factors of port high-quality development and green economy in Guangdong Province

摘要
为分析港口高质量发展与绿色经济的关系,分别构建港口高质量发展和绿色经济评价指标体系,运用熵权 TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)法分别测算广东省17个城市的港口高质量发展水平和绿色经济发展水平,利用耦合协调度模型探究两者之间的耦合协调关系,使用空间杜宾模型分析其影响因素.研究表明:广东省港口高质量发展水平和绿色经济发展水平均呈上升趋势;两系统耦合协调状态由濒临失调过渡到勉强协调,协调水平稳步提升,且具有"珠三角高、粤东西北低"的空间分异特征;科技水平、经济发展水平、外贸发展水平和外资投入水平对两者耦合协调有显著正向影响,产业结构对两者耦合协调有显著负向影响.
Abstract
In order to analyze the relationship between port high-quality development and green economy,the evaluation index systems of port high-quality development and green economy are established,respectively.The entropy weight TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)is employed to evaluate the port high-quality development levels and the green economy development levels of 17 cities in Guangdong Province,the coupling coordination degree model is used to discuss the relationship between the two,and the spatial Dubin model is used to analyze the influencing factors.The results show that:both the port high-quality development level and the green economy development level in Guangdong Province are on the rise;the status of coupling coordination between the two transfers from the brink of imbalance to the barely coordination,and the level of coordination increases steadily,showing the spatial differentiation characteristics of high in the Pearl River Delta and low in the east,west and north of Guangdong;the science and technology level,the economic development level,the foreign trade development level,and the foreign investment level have a significant positive impact on the coupling coordination,and the industrial structure has a significant negative impact on the coupling coordination.
