In order to improve the interaction degree of absorption liquid and flue gas in a marine desulfurization tower,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the desulfurization efficiency,the side air intake is changed to the bottom air intake,the gas collecting ring and the ring deflector are added,and a novel marine bottom air intake desulfurization tower is designed.The simulation model is built based on the finite volume method and the Euler-Lagrange method.The internal flow field of the marine desulfurization tower under nornal working conditions is simulated and analyzed by Fluent software,and the original model and the improved model are compared using the uniformity of flue gas velocity distribution and the flow resistance as evaluation criteria.The results show that,the uniformity of flue gas velocity distribution of the improved model increases by 70%~85%than that of the original model,and the flow resistance increases by about 25%.
