摘要
针对疫情背景下快递运输出现延缓甚至中断的风险,构建同时考虑运输成本和运输可靠性的快递包裹多式联运路径选择模型.提出疫情背景下快递物流节点城市的运输可靠性评价指标体系,采用熵权-突变级数法进行综合评估,将运输可靠性考虑到路径选择中.计算节点间运输成本、节点处中转成本和运输中的货损成本,建立总运输成本最低和运输可靠性最高的双目标快递包裹多式联运路径选择模型,并以福州—北京的快递包裹多式联运网络为例进行分析.计算结果表明:双目标路径优化方案比单目标路径优化方案能更有效地降低运输成本,提高运输可靠性,实现快递包裹多式联运成本和可靠性综合最优,可以为不同偏好决策者和不同运输时限的快递包裹多式联运路径选择提供一定参考.
Abstract
In view of the risk of express transportation delay or even interruption posed by an epidemic,a multimodal transportation route selection model for express packages is constructed,which considers both transportation cost and transportation reliability.The transportation reliability evaluation index system of express logistics node cities under epidemic situation is proposed,the entropy weight catastrophe progression method is adopted for comprehensive evaluation,and thus the transportation reliability is taken into account in the route selection.The transportation cost between nodes,the transit cost at nodes and the cargo damage cost in the transportation process are calculated,and a dual-objective express package multimodal transportation route selection model with the lowest total transportation cost and the highest transportation reliability is established.Fuzhou-Beijing's express packages multimodal transportation network is selected as an example to verify the model.The results show that,the dual-objective route optimization scheme reduces the transportation cost and increases the transportation reliability more effectively than the single-objective route optimization scheme,achieves the comprehensive optimal solution of express package multimodal transportation cost and reliability,and it can provide certain reference for multimodal transportation route selection of express packages with different preference decision makers and different transport time limit.
