基于结构方程模型的海上交通事故影响路径分析

为揭示海上交通事故影响因素及影响机理,收集宁波-舟山海域的海上交通事故案例142例,构建海上交通事故结构方程模型,分析海上交通事故影响因素及其影响路径.分析结果显示:识别出的21个影响因素中,宁波-舟山海域的海上交通事故主要影响因素有保持瞭望、货物配载、流速和船员培训考核,且主要影响路径有10条.所提出研究方法和研究结果能够为海上交通事故风险防控实践提供支持.
Influencing path analysis of maritime traffic accidents based on structural equation model
In order to reveal the influencing factors and influencing mechanism of maritime traffic accidents,142 cases of maritime traffic accidents in Ningbo-Zhoushan sea area are collected,and a structural equation model of maritime traffic accidents is established to analyze the influencing factors and their influencing paths.The analysis findings show that,among the 21 influencing factors identified,the main influencing factors of maritime traffic accidents in Ningbo-Zhoushan sea area are maintaining lookout,cargo stowage,current speed and crew training assessment,and there are 10 main influencing paths.The proposed research method and results can provide support for the practice of risk prevention and control of maritime traffic accidents.
