This paper based on the perspective of digital governance,utilizes text analysis,the Delphi method,and analytic hierarchy process to construct an indicator system for the protection of minors on internet platforms.The textual content of user agreements and privacy policies from 81 internet platforms is analyzed as samples.The research reveals that in the dimension of information prompts,gaming platforms score the highest while live streaming platforms require significant enhancement.Across the technical protection dimension,all four types of platforms score above half,demonstrating overall good performance.Regarding anti-addiction management,audio-video platforms score the highest,while other platforms need improvement.In terms of emergency response,complaints,and reporting mechanisms,gaming platforms score the highest while live streaming platforms score the lowest.All four types of platforms exhibit good performance in privacy and personal information protection systems.In terms of scientific dissemination and publicity education,gaming platforms score above half while audio-video platforms score the lowest.Finally,this paper proposes the need to improve anti-addiction functions,establish platform emergency mechanisms,and strengthen policy recommendations for scientific dissemination and publicity education.
