From"Village BA"to Shizilin Bridge Diving:The Characteristics,Functions and Governance of People's Spontaneous Cultural and Sports Activities under the Condition of Social Media
Since the smooth transition of COVID-19 prevention and control measures,under the influence of social media,the spontaneous cultural and sports activities of people in various parts of China have shown a vigorous development trend and continue popping"out of the circle".This paper takes the"Village Basketball Association"in Taijiang County and the"Village Super League"in Rongjiang County,both from Guizhou Province,and the Shizilin Bridge Diving in Tianjin,as typical cases of people's spontaneous cultural and sports activities,summarizes its main characteristics and analyzes the main functions from a perspective of spillover impact on people,society and related fields.On this basis,this paper further discusses the meaningful experiences and main problems and challenges faced by various regions in recent years around the governance of people's spontaneous cultural and sports activities.Finally,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions from the aspects of giving full play to the initiative and creativity of the government and the people,better handling the relationship between order and vitality,and more effectively responding to and guiding social media public opinion,so as to continuously improve the governance system and enhance the governance capabilities of people's spontaneous cultural and sports activities,improve the sustainability and quality of related activities,and open up more space to release economic and social vitality.
