摘要
社会心理服务体系建设是新时代创新社会治理、加强社会建设的重大理论与实践课题.在推进中国式现代化的新征程上,应高度重视新时代社会心理服务体系建设.首先,要明晰社会心理服务体系在个体、群体、社会层面的多维度功能,以及兼具服务与治理的双重逻辑和时代特征.其次,要在此基础上剖析社会心理服务体系在实践中面临的统筹协调机制、专业力量建设、多元主体合力、文化资源融入方面的问题.最后,探析新时代社会心理服务体系以党建引领实现高质量发展、以制度保障实现高质效运转、以专业支撑实现高水平服务、以激发活力实现高效能治理、以文化融入实现高智慧探索的未来进路,使新时代社会心理服务体系根植于优秀传统文化,立足于中国实际,服务于社会治理,并不断满足广大人民群众的精神文化需求.
Abstract
Building a social psychological service system is an important theoretical and practical topic for innovating social governance and strengthening social construction in the new era.On a new journey toward promoting Chinese modernization,we should attach great importance to constructing a social psychological service system.First,it is necessary to clarify the multidimensional functions of the social psychological service system at the individual,group,and social levels,as well as the dual logic of service and governance and the characteristics of the times.Second,it is necessary to analyze the problems faced by the social psychological service system in practice,such as the overall coordination mechanism,construction of professional strength,joint efforts of multiple subjects,and integration of cultural resources.Finally,this study analyzes the future path of the social psychological service system in the new era,which is based on party building to achieve high-quality development,system guarantees to achieve high-quality and efficient operations,professional support to achieve high-level service,stimulation of vitality to achieve efficient governance,and cultural integration to achieve high-wisdom exploration;in this way,the social psychological service system in the new era will be rooted in excellent traditional culture and based on the realities of China.Serving social governance and continuously meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses is important.
