摘要
新时代中国社会健康治理正在从"以治病为中心"转向"以健康为中心".中国社会健康治理在强化社会健康综合治理、改善城乡健康环境和提升人群健康素养等方面取得了一定的成就,但仍面临复杂挑战和突出问题.中国的社会治理需要持续推进治理体系和治理能力现代化,在当前和未来一个时期,可以从充分发挥健康治理多元主体作用、完善社会健康治理制度建设、推动社会健康治理区域协调发展、重点提升基层治理能力和提升社会健康治理信息化水平等方面提高社会健康治理水平.
Abstract
In the new era,China's social health governance is changing from a"disease-centered"to a"health-centered"strategy.In this context,China's social health governance has made some achievements in strengthening the comprehensive governance of social health,improving the urban and rural health environment,and improving the health literacy of the population,but it continues to face complex challenges and outstanding problems.China's social governance must continuously promote the modernization of its governance system and capacity.In the future,we can improve the level of social health governance by fully leveraging the diverse roles of health governance entities,improving the construction of the social health governance system,promoting the regional coordinated development of social health governance,focusing on enhancing grassroots governance capabilities,and improving the level of information technology in social health governance.
