In the digital economy era,computing power and data have become new productive forces and factors.Subsequently,building a national data space and efficiently coordinating the use of strategic resources such as computing power and data are being used as strategic measures to accelerate the construction of cyber power and digitalization in China.This study focuses on the development of digitalization in China and draws on the experience of foreign data space construction.It proposes a"four in one"overall architecture for data space,including network transmission,computing power scheduling,data application,and security guarantee systems.It clarifies the"three-step"development path of starting verification,creating models,and innovation-driven development,and puts forward specific measures from the aspects of overall promotion mechanism,demonstration project construction,key technology innovation,standard specification establishment,computing power and data infrastructure construction,and international exchange and cooperation to provide reference and guidance for accelerating data space construction in China.
