介绍了某炼油厂常减压装置立式圆筒加热炉节能防腐喷涂施工过程及效果评价,结合该加热炉施工前后生产等状况,利用施工前后炉壁温差及燃料节省等方法对加热炉节能防腐等效果进行综合分析.结果表明当装置加热炉加工负荷及燃料性质一定的情况下,通过对加热炉炉壁采用喷涂相较于传统的刷漆,节能及防腐蚀效果明显.
Abstract
The article introduces the energy-saving and anti-corrosion spraying construction process and effectiveness evaluation of a vertical cylindrical heating furnace in a certain refinery's atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.Based on the production status of the heating furnace before and after construction,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the energy-saving and anti-corrosion effects of the heating furnace using methods such as furnace wall temperature difference before and after construction and fuel saving.The results indicate that when the processing load and fuel properties of the heating furnace in the device are constant,the energy-saving and anti-corrosion effects of spraying on the furnace wall are significant compared to traditional painting.
