摘要

介绍了一种以ARM为内核的三星4412芯片为控制单元,内部集成了Linux系统,应用超声波时差法流量测量原理,其中包含两相流数据采集模块、数据处理模块、同井上服务器交互模块.该系统应用于采油井中,采用计算超声波穿过管道的顺水和逆水的时间差,来计算当前流量.

Abstract

This article introduces a Samsung 4412 chip with ARM as the core as the control unit,which integrates a Linux system and applies the principle of ultrasonic time difference flow measurement.It includes a two-phase flow data acquisition module,a data processing module,and an interaction module with the same well server.This system is used in water injection wells to calculate the current flow rate by calculating the time difference between the forward and backward flow of ultrasonic waves passing through the pipeline.
