摘要

通过分析钻井液不落地固液分离流行的压滤工艺流程,针对钻井现场较为突出的微细分散相压滤分离效率低、成本高、分离出的滤饼含水率高等难题;通过实验,探索利用现场钻屑,嫁接"骨架"粒子的方式,在滤布上形成"骨架"层屏障,从而实现实现微细分散相钻井液废液的快速压滤,压滤滤饼含水率低,滤液合格,大幅降低了破胶剂的使用量,实现压滤液的有条件回用,而且不会增加总的压滤处理量.

Abstract

In this paper,by analyzing the popular filter pressing process of solid-liquid separation of drilling fluid,the problems of low efficiency,high cost and high water content of separated filter cake in the drilling site are highlighted.Through experiments,the method of grafting"skeleton"particles with field cuttings was explored to form a"skeleton"layer barrier on the filter cloth,so as to realize rapid filter pressing of drilling fluid waste liquid with fine dispersed phase.The water content of filter cake is low and the filtrate is qualified,which greatly reduces the dosage of gel breaker and realizes the conditional reuse of filter liquor without increasing the total filter pressing capacity.
