摘要
针对海上油气田开发,设计了一种防砂顶部封隔器套,通过试验验证了封隔器的性能,密封压力为35MPa.基于理论计算和有限元分析了试验过中发现的问题,为后期研究提供了有力的支撑,试验结果表明,该封隔器满足设计要求.
Abstract
For the development of offshore oil and gas fields,this article designs a sand control top packer sleeve,and verifies the performance of the packer through experiments,with a sealing pressure of 35MPa.Based on theoretical calculations and finite element analysis,the problems discovered during the experiment provided strong support for later research.The experimental results showed that the packer met the design requirements.
