摘要

利用CFD分析软件FLUENT,研究10度螺旋角条件下,六片式螺旋折流板换热器和常见四片式螺旋折流板换热器传热和流动特性,并与双弓形折流板换热器进行对比.采用冷膜试验与CFD模拟进行对比,验证两者研究结果的异同,总结流场规律.CFD模拟和冷膜试验结合进行工程研究,为螺旋折流板换热器优化设计提供一定参考依据.

Abstract

The heat transfer and flow characteristics of a six piece helical baffle exchanger and a common four piece helical baffle exchanger were studied under the condition of the 10 degree helix angle,and compared with a double segmental baffle exchanger,using the CFD analysis software FLUENT.Compare the test with CFD to verify the truth of result and the regulation,and summarize the shell side flow patterns.The combination of CFD and testing provides a certain reference basis for the design and ptimization of helical baffle exchangers.
