摘要
LC与GC的联用技术在预分离、富集等方面有着重要的应用,其有效减轻了样品的制备难度.相较于其他技术,LC在分离功率方面具有更高的效率,并且可以将样品制备全自动集成到GC中.本文讨论了HPLC-GC联用技术的优点,并对此技术的溶剂蒸发、接口等技术进行了概述.
Abstract
The couple of LC and GC has important applications in the aspects of pre-separation and enrichment,which effectively reduces the difficulty of sample preparation.Compared to other technologies,LC is more efficient in terms of separation power and can fully integrate sample preparation into GC.In this paper,the advantages of coupled HPLC-GC technology are discussed.The solvent evaporation and interface techniques of this technology are summarized.
