摘要

普通工业齿轮油存在刺鼻性气味的缺陷,特别是在封闭或相对封闭的环境中使用时,恶臭气味进一步加剧.长期在这种环境下工作,易对操作人员造成职业健康伤害,存在潜在致癌倾向.基于此,探讨了一种合成醚型低气味工业齿轮油的制备过程,主要内容包括聚醚基础油体系的选择、复合型添加剂及补强剂的筛选,探讨了几种常见添加剂在聚醚基础油体系中的溶解性问题,设计了一种简易齿轮油气味等级评定方法.该产品除具备普通工业齿轮油的基本性能外,气味评价等级较传统工业齿轮油低2~3个等级.

Abstract

Ordinary industrial gear oil has the defect of pungent smell,especially when used in a closed or relatively closed environment.The stench is further aggravated and unbearable.Working in such an environment for a long time,it is easy to cause occupational health injury to operators,and there is a potential carcinogenic tendency.This paper discusses the preparation process of a kind of synthetic ether-type low-odor industrial gear oil,including the selection of polyether base oil system,the screening of compound additives and reinforcing agents,discusses the solubility of several common additives in polyether base oil system,and designs a simple odor rating method for gear oil.In addition to the basic properties of ordinary industrial gear oil,the odor evaluation grade of this product is 2-3 grades lower than that of traditional industrial gear oil.
