C5/C9共聚石油树脂热聚合成工艺影响因素分析

为了得到浅色优质C5/C9共聚石油树脂,本文以C5馏分、双环戊二烯(DCPD)和C9馏分为原料,在原料配比C5:(DCPD):C9 = 350ml:350ml:200ml时,详细考察了反应温度和反应时间对共聚石油树脂的收率、软化点和色度的影响。结果表明:当反应温度为240~245℃时,反应时间为7~8h,可得色度为4#左右的优质石油树脂,并且石油树脂的收率高达60%以上。
Analysis of influencing factors on thermal polymerization process of C5/C9 copolymer petroleum resin
In order to obtain light-colored and high-quality C5/C9 copolymer petroleum resin,C5 distillate,dicyclopentadiene(DCPD)and C9 distillate were used as raw materials.The raw material ratio of C5:(DCPD):C9 = 350ml:350ml:200ml.The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield,softening point and chroma of copolymerized petroleum resin were investigated in detail.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 240-245℃and the reaction time is 7-8 hours,the high quality petroleum resin with chroma of 4#can be obtained,and the yield of petroleum resin is over 60%.
