Selection and application of waste gas treatment technology in high pressure polyethylene plant
This paper mainly analyzes the source and characteristics of the process waste gas of high-pressure polyethylene plant,chooses to use"dust removal + thermal decomposition process"to treat the waste gas,and compares the application scope,technical advantages and investment and operation cost of four common thermal decomposition processes.It is concluded that regenerative oxidation incinerator(RTO)is more suitable for treating the process waste gas of high-pressure polyethylene plant with"multiple sources,large gas volume and low concentration".
