摘要

针对海上油气田开发,本文设计了一种高温生产滑套,其适用温度为180℃,密封压力为35MPa.基于理论计算和有限元分析,研究了悬臂梁式和固支梁式两种锁定爪的锁定性能,理论计算的悬臂梁式和固支梁式锁定爪最大锁定力分别为545N和2853N,有限元分析的悬臂梁式和固支梁式锁定爪最大锁定力分别为421N和2443N.对两种锁定爪的锁定力进行了试验验证,悬臂梁式和固支梁式锁定爪的最大实测锁定力分别为434N和2193N,试验结果表明,有限元分析结果更接近实验值.最后通过试验验证了生产滑套的高温密封性能,该生产滑套满足设计要求.

Abstract

A suitable high temperature production sliding sleeve was designed for offshore well completion,its rated temperature and rated pressure are 180℃and 35MPa respectively.On the basis of theoretical calculation and finite element analysis,the locking performance of cantilever beam type and clamped beam type locking claw were studied,the max locking force of cantilever beam type and clamped beam type locking claw by theoretical method were 545N and 2853N respectively,the max locking force of cantilever beam type and clamped beam type locking claw by finite element method were 421N and 2443N respectively.Testing method was adopt as verification,the max locking force of cantilever beam type and clamped beam type locking claw were 434N and 2193N respectively,the studies show that finite element analysis values are closer to the testing values.At last,the high temperature sealing property was tested,the production sliding sleeve meets the design requirements.
