摘要

以某大型煤化工厂的低温甲醇装置工艺技术优化改造项目为例,从甲醇消耗过高、冷量消耗过大、热再生系统多项指标偏离设计值、甲醇水塔运行稳定性偏低这几方面入手,详细说明了低温甲醇装置工艺问题与处理思路.在此基础上,对改造的经济效果进行了分析与计算,结果证实本文所述改造策略有效,且取得的效果理想.

Abstract

This article takes the process technology optimization and renovation project of a low-temperature methanol plant in a large coal gasification plant as an example,this article elaborates on the process problems and treatment ideas of the low-temperature methanol plant from several aspects:excessive methanol consumption,excessive cold energy consumption,deviation of multiple indicators of the thermal regeneration system from the design values,and low stability of the methanol water tower operation.On this basis,the economic effects of this renovation were analyzed and calculated,and the results confirmed that the renovation strategy described in this article is effective and has achieved ideal results.
