基于模拟工业条件探索SBS改性沥青生产工艺及指标衰减试验研究

本文以改性沥青装置生产的改性沥青半成品、成品为研究对象,结合装置生产工艺条件,通过一系列平行、对比试验,考察适用于本装置SBS改性沥青最佳生产条件.结果表明最佳溶胀、发育时间为1.5h.同时,"衰减"试验表明,符合规范要求指标的改性沥青产品储存时间相对较短,生产上宜做到结合订单优化生产.
Study on the Production Process and Index Degradation Test of SBS Modified Asphalt Based on Simulated Industrial Conditions
This article took the semi-finished modified asphalt and finished products produced by the modified asphalt device as the research object,combined with the production process conditions of the modified asphalt device,and through a series of parallel and comparative experiments,investigated the optimal production conditions for SBS modified asphalt production.The results indicated that the optimal swelling and development time is 1.5 hours.Meanwhile,the index degradation test indicated that the storage time of modified asphalt products that meet the specification requirements is relatively short,and it was advisable to optimize production by combining orders.
