In chemical processes,the chemical reactions are very complex,which can be a single chemical reaction process or a combination of multiple chemical reactions.In chemical reactions,due to the unique properties of chemical materials,more attention and research are needed on the safety design of chemical processes,so that the entire chemical reaction process can be completed safely.In view of this,this article will conduct a detailed analysis of the identification and control of hazardous factors in chemical process safety design.
