Causes of perforation in crude oil heat exchanger before dehydration in atmospheric and vacuum distillation units analysis and countermeasures
The article introduces the perforation situation of the 10#steel tube bundle of the crude oil to initial top gas heat exchanger(E1-1/2)in a certain refinery's atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.Combined with the working conditions of the heat exchanger tube and shell side and anti-corrosion measures,comprehensive analysis of the perforation samples was conducted using methods such as endoscope inspection,spectral material analysis,and metallographic analysis.
