摘要

介绍了某炼油厂常减压装置脱前原油—初顶气换热器(E1-1/2)10#钢材质管束穿孔情况,结合该换热器管、壳程工作条件和防腐措施,利用内窥镜检查、光谱材质分析、金相分析等方法对穿孔样品进行综合分析,查找换热器穿孔原因并提出应对措施.

Abstract

The article introduces the perforation situation of the 10#steel tube bundle of the crude oil to initial top gas heat exchanger(E1-1/2)in a certain refinery's atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit.Combined with the working conditions of the heat exchanger tube and shell side and anti-corrosion measures,comprehensive analysis of the perforation samples was conducted using methods such as endoscope inspection,spectral material analysis,and metallographic analysis.
