Reservoir formation and lower limit analysis of tight sandstone gas reservoirs:A case study of a gas field in the East China Sea
At present, there is a lack of research results and applications on the mechanism of filling and reservoir formation and the lower limit of filling physical properties in tight sandstone.Through experiments such as gas filling simulation and microscopic pore roar analysis, the filling and reservoir formation stage and the lower limit of filling physical properties of tight sandstone gas reservoirs in a gas field in the East China Sea are analyzed. The study shows that there is a threshold pressure for reservoir formation in the process of gas filling, which is mainly non-Darcy seepage. The lower limit of porosity and permeability of industrial gas flow is 6.2%and 0.05mD respectively. The process of natural gas filling and reservoir formation is divided into three stages; The first stage:start the air intake stage, the second stage:the rapid growth stage of filling, and the third stage:the slow growth stage of filling.
