Three-dimensional geological modeling of Dengsi gas reservoir in GM area of central Sichuan
Carbonate rocks are extensively deposited in the Sichuan Basin, and the Lampsi Gas Reservoir in the GM Well Area is the primary contributor to production capacity. The terrain in this region is highly complex, leading to a complex storage space for reservoirs, strong reservoir heterogeneity, and significant variations in reservoir quality and development locations. In order to better understand these differences in reservoirs for the purpose of reservoir modification and optimizing development policies, there is an urgent need to conduct a three-dimensional geological modeling study of the Lampsi carbonate rocks in the GM Well Area. This article, through the optimization of structural modeling, attribute modeling, and natural fracture modeling methods, has established a comprehensive three-dimensional geological model. The modeling results have a high level of credibility in predicting reservoirs between different wells and are consistent with the actual geological conditions in the study area.
