渤海油田利用老井侧钻可实现老油田剩余油经济有效开发,不同的侧钻轨道设计方案决定着防碰风险大小、老井眼弃井工艺、侧钻后井身结构等等,如何选择最优的侧钻轨道至关重要.基于安全、经济、高效的设计准则,提出一种"井位匹配+自下而上的侧钻点优选"的渤海油田侧钻轨道设计方法,该方法应用于渤海某油田3口井的钻完井设计中,结果表明:该方法可实现轨道防碰风险降低、井控风险可控,降低成本100余万元,能够满足地质油藏所有需求.该方法在满足安全的前提下,可大幅提高侧钻井的经济性及方案设计的效率,为渤海油田侧钻井轨道设计提供了一种新思路.
Optimal Design Method of Side Drilling Track in Bohai Oilfield
The use of sidetracking in old wells in Bohai Oilfield can realize the economical and effective development of remaining oil in old oilfields.The design of sidetracking track determines the risk of collision prevention,the abandonment process of old wellbore,the structure of sidetracking body,etc.How to choose the optimal sidetracking track critical.Based on the design criteria of safety,economy and efficiency,this paper proposes a sidetrack design method of"well location matching + bottom-up sidetracking point optimization"in Bohai Oilfield,which is applied to the drilling and completion design of a Bohai Oilfield.The results show that this method can reduce the risk of track collision prevention,control the risk of well control,reduce the cost by more than 1 million yuan,and can meet all the needs of geological reservoirs.Under the premise of satisfying safety,this method can greatly improve the economy of sidetracking and the efficiency of scheme design,which provides a new idea for the design of sidetracking track in Bohai Oilfield.
