Application Exploration and Improvement Research of Screw Pump in Coalbed Methane Extraction
The screw pump plays a crucial role as a special lifting equipment in coalbed methane extraction.However,there are still many problems with the current application of screw pumps,such as low efficiency and short service life.In order to improve these issues,this study delved into the working principle of the screw pump,selected equipment and optimized parameters based on the characteristics of coalbed methane extraction,in order to improve the efficiency of the screw pump and extend its service life.At the same time,by analyzing the problems in practical applications,targeted improvement strategies have been proposed,such as improving the automation level of equipment processes and reducing the probability of faults occurring.Finally,the actual application effect of the screw pump in the coalbed methane collection process was analyzed and evaluated,and the effectiveness of the improvement measures was verified.The research results provide effective technical support for the use of screw pumps for coalbed methane extraction.
