Effect of on-line purification of amine solution on reducing sulfur content of coking LPG
The high-temperature steady-state salt in the amine solution of the coking desulfurization solvent regeneration unit makes the desulfurization effect worse.Through the analysis of the operation of the unit,it is found that the improvement of the quality of the amine solution can effectively prevent the formation of sulfur ether and disulfide from side reactions during the desulfurization process of the liquefied gas, reduce the foaming performance of the amine solution, and thus improve the desulfurization effect of the liquefied gas stably for a long time and greatly reduce the total sulfur content of the coking liquefied gas.
