摘要
新型高分子材料碱液储罐是采用特殊改性的环氧树脂为基料、复配多种陶瓷微粉为骨材而制成高性能高强度聚合陶瓷防腐材料研制,具有与金属结合力高、耐腐蚀性能好等优点,目前已经在石化、能源、钢铁等行业进行大规模应用.将新型高分子材料作为碱液储罐内衬进行防腐处理,与防腐漆或者环氧玻璃钢内衬相比具有显著优势.
Abstract
The new polymer material lye storage tank is developed by using specially modified epoxy resin as the base material and a variety of ceramic powder as the aggregate to make high-performance and high-strength polymeric ceramic anti-corrosion material.It has the advantages of high binding force with metal and good corrosion resistance,and has been applied in petrochemical,energy,steel and other industries on a large scale.The use of new polymer materials as lye storage tank lining for anti-corrosion treatment has significant advantages over anti-corrosion paint or epoxy FRP lining.
