Application of THFS-2 in continuous reforming unit of Yan'an Petrochemical Plant
This paper introduces the application of THFS-2 reforming prehydrogenation catalyst in 1.2 million tons/year continuous reforming unit of Yan'an Petrochemical Plant.The actual operation results show that the THFS-2 pre-hydrogenation catalyst has good deep desulfurization and nitrogen removal effect,and can provide high-quality raw materials for the reforming unit.After the two shutdown starts on October 8,2020 and September 4,2021,respectively,the pressure drop and hydrogen mixing pressure are stable,which is conducive to the long-term operation of the unit.
