内构件对提升管内气固流动特性影响的研究进展

摘要
提升管内气固沿轴径向分布不均匀的固有特性是影响气固接触效率及反应选择性的重要因素.本文就内构件对于提升管内气固轴径向的浓度分布、颗粒的混合及传热行为的实验研究工作进行了综述,不同研究者的研究结果表明,适宜的内构件能够改善提升管内气固分布状态,提高气固混合及传质传热效果,有利于提高反应速率和选择性.
Abstract
The natural characteristic of non-uniform distribution of gas-solid along axial and radial direction in the riser is an important factor affecting gas-solid contact efficiency and reaction selectivity.This paper provides a review of experimental research on the effect of internal components on the particle concentration distribution,gas-solid mixing and heat transfer behavior along axial and radial directions in a riser.The research results show that the appropriate internals can improve the gas-solid distribution,improve the gas-solid mixing,mass and heat transfer effect,and help to improve the reaction rate and selectivity.
