为了实现武隆区块常压页岩气效益开发,在隆页5-1HF开展了一级井身结构攻关研究.通过开展三压力剖面分析、基于必封点的一级井身结构设计、优化长裸眼井段提速方案、开展亲油水泥浆堵漏研究、优化固井方案,隆页5-1HF顺利完井.该井平均机械钻速17.51m/h,扣除复杂处理时间20.98天后周期为31.25天,低于设计周期32天,可为武隆地区页岩气钻井提速降本提供借鉴.
One-stage Well Structure Tackle And Research On LY5-1HF
In order to achieve the beneficial development of normal shale gas in the Wulong block,a research on the one-stage well structure was carried out in LY5-1HF.Through the analysis of the three-pressure profile,the design of the one-stage well structure based on the necessary sealing points,the optimization of the speed increase plan for the long open-hole section,the study of lipophilic cement slurry plugging,and the optimization of the cementing plan,LY5-1HF was successfully completed.The average mechanical drilling speed of this well is 17.51m/h,and after deducting the complex processing time of 20.98 days,the cycle is 31.25 days,which is 32 days lower than the design cycle.This can provide reference for increasing drilling speed and reducing costs in shale gas drilling in the Wulong area.
