液化气中含氧化合物测定方法的改进

采用气相色谱分析法,利用Lowox色谱柱分离,建立了测定丙烯原料,烷基化原料,脱氢原料中含氧化合物的测定,考察色谱的分流比和样品放置时间,柱温因素对结果的影响,确定了最佳操作条件,同时考察了该方法的检测限、重复性及准确率.改进后与原方法比较具有分离效果好,扩大了检测范围,结果表明该方法可以测定出丙烯,醚后碳四中的含氧化合物.
Improvement of determination method of oxygen compounds in liquefied gas
A method for the determination of oxygen-containing compounds in propylene,alkylation and dehydrogenation feedstocks was developed by gas chromatography with loox column separation,the influence of column temperature on the results was studied.The optimum operating conditions were determined.The detection limit,repeatability and accuracy of the method were also investigated.Compared with the original method,the improved method has good separation effect and can expand the detection range.The results show that the method can be used to determine the oxygen-containing compounds in propylene and ether.
