Optimization Measures for Shallow Prevention of New Boreholes in the Bonan Area of Bohai Oilfield
In recent years,In recent years,large-scale oil and gas field development has been carried out in the southern region of the Bohai Oilfield.The main objective of the development adjustment project in this area is the Neogene Minghuazhen Formation,with well types mainly consisting of high angle directional wells and horizontal wells.In the process of development and adjustment drilling,the trajectory control of directional wells on cluster well platforms generally requires pre inclined directional drilling starting from the shallow strata.The shallow strata in this area are mainly composed of soft sand and mudstone,and the rock cuttings are not formed and easily dispersed.During the drilling process,irregular enlargement of the wellbore is easy to form,and the drilling tool is easily blocked during the process of trimming the wellbore and drilling.A series of preventive measures have been developed based on the geological characteristics and well type characteristics of the region,combined with on-site practical operation experience,from the aspects of directional trajectory optimization,engineering parameter adjustment,and drilling fluid scheme improvement.Good results have been achieved,effectively reducing the risk of new wellbore development and taking into account the requirements of efficient oil field development in the region
