摘要

为防止粉尘污染,石油钻井现场使用灰罐进行加重钻井液配制,灰罐为压力容器,使用气压0.7~1mpa压缩空气驱动,配备压力表与泄压阀并定期检测,当安防设备卡滞,出料管堵塞压力异常时,极易发生压力突然释放的不安全事件;本文就不安全要素原因进行分析,并根据预防措施设计一种装置,解决这一难题.

Abstract

In order to prevent dust pollution,the oil drilling site uses ash tank for the preparation of weighted drilling fluid.Ash tank is a pressure vessel,driven by compressed air with pressure pressure of 0.7~1mpa,equipped with pressure gauge and pressure relief valve and tested regularly.When the security equipment is stuck and the discharge pipe is blocked abnormally,it is easy to cause unsafe events of sudden pressure release.This paper analyzes the causes of unsafe elements,and designs a device according to preventive measures to solve this problem.
