摘要

通过试验模拟井下髙压注气全过程,分析井下密封设备气体密封性能.在393K试验环境下,H1010-1橡胶密封件在35MPa以下的工作压力范围之内具有较好的气体密封能力.当高于35MPa时,气体逐渐泄漏;H2010-1橡胶密封件逐渐泄漏,气体泄漏的速度也伴随着压力的提升越来越快,H1010-1橡胶材料适用于封隔器密封件.

Abstract

Analyze the gas sealing performance of downhole sealing equipment by simulating the entire process of high-pressure gas injection through experiments.Under the 393K test environment,the H1010-1 rubber seal has good gas sealing ability within the working pressure range below 35MPa.When the pressure exceeds 35MPa,the gas gradually leaks;The H2010-1 rubber seal gradually leaks,and the speed of gas leakage also increases with the increase of pressure.H1010-1 rubber material is suitable for sealing the packer seal.
