破乳剂在石油树脂碱洗过程中的实例应用

石油树脂生产碱洗系统经常沉降大量的碱泥,且乳化问题严重。若不解决碱泥及破乳问题,树脂中的水分将腐蚀后续的管线配件,而且乳化影响碱洗罐压差,严重时需停机检修。基于此,考察了多种破乳剂在碱洗过程中的破乳、脱油能力,结果表明SGR1710破乳剂碱洗后油相中没有W/O乳状液,水相中没有O/W乳状液。未加破乳剂前废水化学需氧量(COD)>3000mg/L,油水分层速度>4h且界面处有白色乳化层;加入破乳剂后SGR1710废水COD在400mg/L左右,油水分层速度<15min且油水界面齐无乳化层。
Application of emululagent in alkali washing of petroleum resin
The alkaline washing system of petroleum resin production often settles a large amount of alkali mud,and the emulsification problem is serious.If the problem of alkali mud and demulsification is not solved,the moisture in the resin will corrode the subsequent pipeline fittings,and the emulsification will affect the pressure difference of the alkali washing tank,and it needs to be stopped for maintenance in serious cases.The demulsification and deoiling abilities of various demulsifiers in alkaline washing were investigated.The results showed that there was no W/O emulsion in the oil phase and no O/W emulsion in the water phase after alkaline washing.Before demulsifier is added,the COD of the wastewater is>3000mg/L,the stratification rate of oil and water is>4h,and there is a white emulsion layer at the interface.After adding demulsifier,the COD of SGR1710 wastewater is about 400mg/L,the stratification rate of oil and water is less than 15min,and there is no emulsion layer at the oil-water interface.
