Preparation and characterization of high temperature acid thickener
At present,due to the deepening of drilling depth year by year,the bottom hole temperature of conventional acidizing Wells can reach about 180℃.Acrylamide(AM)and methylacryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC)are used as monomers to polymerize through the two-stage polymerization method of REDOX-azo initiator system.According to the test of viscosification effect,temperature resistance and shear resistance of the product,the influence of synthesis factors on the product was studied.The optimal emulsion synthesis product could be obtained under the conditions of emulsification duration of 2 min~3 min and one-stage reaction heating rate of 0.3℃/min~0.5℃/min.Through the analysis of FTIR,NMR,TGA characterization results of the reaction products,the physical properties and molecular structures of the reaction products were obtained.The experimental results show that the synthesized product has the shear resistance of 180℃.
