摘要
借助作业安全分析法(JSA)原理,以安全活动为研究对象,以投产顺序为思路,分析单点系泊系统的试运投产作业中,各作业环节中存在的风险和规避思路,以期为实际投产工作的安全推进提供指导.
Abstract
With the principle of Job Safety Analysis(JSA)as a tool,focusing on safety activities,and using the commissioning sequence as a guideline,this study aims to analyze the risks and mitigation strategies present in various stages of the commissioning and operation of a single-point mooring system.The goal is to provide safety guidance for the actual commissioning work.
