Research on the Failure Causes and Treatment Measures of Continuous Tube Fracturing Packers
In response to the failure problem of continuous pipe fracturing packers,this study first systematically analyzes the reasons for the failure of continuous pipe fracturing packers.Based on this,research is conducted on the treatment measures for the failure of continuous pipe fracturing packers,laying the foundation for extending the service life of continuous pipe fracturing packers.The results show that design and quality problems,improper operation,environmental factors and improper maintenance are the main reasons for the failure of coiled tubing fracturing packer,many measures should be taken to improve the quality of design and materials,to strengthen inspection and evaluation,to improve the level of operation and to strengthen the protection of Packers,in order to prevent the failure of coiled tubing fracturing packer on the impact of oil and gas production.
