钻柱补偿器隔离阀升级应用分析

摘要
深水钻井平台在钻井作业的时候,为补偿钻柱的升沉,需要使用到钻柱补偿系统.补偿系统中,隔离阀的作用及其关键,其主要的目的是在钻柱破断的时候,迅速隔断补偿液缸的主液压回路,避免在钻柱破断时,高压气推动活塞杆冲击缸体顶盖和天车上冲,保证补偿系统及游动系统的本质安全,本文主要介绍隔离阀的升级应用,通过更新更为灵敏的检测模块,能显著提高钻柱补偿器的安全性,并为类似平台的补偿器升级提供一定的借鉴参考.
Abstract
The drilling string compensation system is needed to compensate the heave of drilling string in the drilling operation of deepwater drilling platform.In the compensation system,the role of the isolation valve and its key,its main purpose is to quickly cut off the main hydraulic circuit of the compensation cylinder when the drill string is broken,to avoid the impact of high pressure gas to push the piston rod on the cylinder head and the sky car when the drill string is broken,to ensure the intrinsic safety of the compensation system and the traveling system,this paper mainly introduces the upgrade application of the isolation valve.By updating the more sensitive detection module,the safety of drill string compensator can be significantly improved,and some references can be provided for similar platform compensator upgrade.
