随着石油重质化,劣质化加速发展,加氢技术在原油深度加工和清洁燃料生产中起到重要作用[1].作为加氢反应的核心,催化剂的长周期运行对炼油企业的生产安全及经济效益至关重要.针对柴油加氢装置投产以来催化剂装填状况及对目前装置的原料性质、主要工艺条件、产品分布及主要性质等数据分析,判断出在72.0%的加工负荷下,催化剂活性良好,产品分布及产品质量均能够满足实际生产需求,并通过原料优化、操作控制优化措施,为柴油加氢催化剂长周期运行提供技术保障.

With the accelerated development of heavy and inferior petroleum,hydrogenation technology plays an important role in deep processing of crude oil and clean fuel production.As the core of hydrogenation reactions,the long-term operation of catalysts is crucial for the production safety and economic benefits of refining enterprises.This article focuses on the catalyst loading status since the diesel hydrogenation unit was put into operation,and analyzes the data on the current raw material properties,main process conditions,product distribution,and main properties of the unit.It is determined that under a processing load of 72.0%,the catalyst activity is good,and the product distribution and quality can meet actual production needs.Through raw material optimization and operation control optimization measures,Provide technical support for the long-term operation of diesel hydrogenation catalysts.
