摘要
主要介绍了该工具在渤海某井的应用情况.水力振荡器已作为大位移井、水平井减摩降阻、提速提效的重要手段被广泛应用.目前,各大油田仍以常规水力振荡器为主.但是常规水力振荡器开泵即工作产生振动,在浅层作业时,水力振荡器的无效振动会对钻井设备如顶驱等产生不同程度的影响.投球式水力振荡器实现浅层不工作,到达指定位置振动的作用.
Abstract
Hydraulic oscillators have been used for reducing friction and resistance in large displacement wells and horizontal wells,The important means of improving speed and efficiency are widely applied.The important means of improving speed and efficiency are widely applied.At present,major oil fields still rely mainly on conventional hydraulic oscillators.However,conventional hydraulic oscillators generate vibration when the pump is turned on,During shallow operations,The ineffective vibration of hydraulic oscillators can have varying degrees of impact on drilling equipment such as top drive.The throwing type hydraulic oscillator achieves the function of shallow non operation and reaching the designated position for vibration.The article mainly introduces the application of this tool in a well in Bohai.
