为了评估超声气体泄漏探测器在天然气站场关于微量泄露的探测距离、重复性、响应时间及抗干扰等方面的能力,通过收集整理相关标准、规程和资料,编制适用于超声气体泄漏探测器的现场验收试验方法,并对国内外3家知名品牌超声气体泄漏探测器开展现场验收试验.试验确认了现场验收试验方法的可行性,发现了对超声气体泄漏探测器在天然气站场检测能力存在影响的因素及规律,提出了超声气体泄漏探测器在天然气站场的使用建议.
Study about Site Acceptance Test Methods of Ultrasound Leakage Detection
In order to evaluate detection abilities about detection distance during minor leakage,repeatability,response time and anti-interference of the ultrasonic leakage detection in gas stations,make site acceptance test methods of ultrasound leakage detection by collecting and sorting relevant standards,procedures and documentation,then carried out site acceptance tests with three well-known brands of ultrasonic leakage detection.The tests show the site acceptance test methods is workable and found the factors and rules that affect detection abilities of ultrasonic leakage detection,then provide suggestions about the use of the ultrasonic leakage detection in gas stations.
