摘要
石油钻井工程作业环境复杂、恶劣,造成钻井工程危险系数大.钻井过程中处于动态变化的因素非常多,例如人为因素、环境因素、设备因素等,无法掌控的各项因素会给钻井工作带来无法预估的风险.如何提高石油钻井过程中安全管理水平,减少钻井过程中突发安全事故的概率是保障石油钻井工作的重中之重.通过钻井作业案例分析,总结事故发生原因,并分析石油钻井过程中影响安全的主要因素,最终提出如何提高石油钻井过程的管理水平的策略,提高工作的安全系数.
Abstract
The operating environment of petroleum drilling engineering is complex and harsh,resulting in a high risk factor for drilling engineering.There are many dynamic factors in the drilling process,such as human factors,environmental factors,equipment factors,etc.Various uncontrollable factors can bring unpredictable risks to the drilling work.How to improve the level of safety management during oil drilling and reduce the probability of sudden safety accidents during the drilling process is of utmost importance in ensuring oil drilling work.This article summarizes the causes of accidents through case analysis of drilling operations,analyzes the main factors that affect safety during the oil drilling process,and ultimately proposes strategies to improve the management level of the oil drilling process and enhance the safety factor of work.
